Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping: Generally takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Karmic Bonds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Karmic Bonds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [customer service email] and send your item to: [return address].
Shipping Returns: To return your product, you should mail your product to: [return address]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
